• Acknowledgements-Ensure the signer of the document is who they say they claim to be and have/is voluntarily signing the document.
• Jurats-The signer swears/affirms the content in the documentation is accurate.
• Oaths/Affirmations-Administering a verbal oath or affirmation to compel a client's truthfulness.
• Signature Witnessing-Certify the individual is who he/she claims to be and the signature on the record is the signature of the individual before me.
• Copy Certifications-Confirms the reproduction of an original document is a full, true, and accurate transcription or reproduction of the original.
